Golden week is usually crowded, but not here.
This longer retreat experience is for people who want a deeply refreshing experience.
It’s especially recommended for those who are feeling burnt out, “always on,” or at a transition point in life.
Location: Ichinomiya, Chiba. 60min train from Tokyo station.
Theme: Connect with like-minded folks and locals alike. We’ll slow down completely and enjoy: harvesting food, cooking together, eating around a fire, learning about meditation and mindfulness, self-love & acceptance.
The exact itenarary is a surprise, but I promise that makes it more fun & enriching. As it is a longer retreat, there will be more activities and also more self-reflection time. There will be a point of extended silence. Meditation experience not required.
This is much more than a vaction. You will walk away with the foundations of a new relationship with your phone, a weight off your shoulders, and maybe some extra inspiration.
We will follow up with an (optional) accountability group after the retreat to help you integrate your takeaways into your daily life.
