For people wondering:
What should I do next?
Rule #1: I am not here to ‘fix’ you or give you cliche ‘advice.’
I am here to help you find meaning in what you are already doing, or to help you discover a more aligned path.
This is for people who:
-Want to find a fulfilling mission in life.
-Look successful on paper, but never feel like it’s “enough.”
-Have gone through / are currently going through a life transition.
*This is not for people with clinical depression or other mental illness. I’m not a therapist, I’m a trained Co-Active Coach.
If it sounds like you, we can talk about it!

Coaching focuses on the present to the future.
Although we often start a coaching engagement with a Life Chart, which includes your past experiences for pattern discovery, we move on quickly to the present and future goals.
If you aren’t making any progress after multiple sessions, therapy may be a better fit!
Personally, I go to both coaching and therapy, and enjoy them both. -
For the first time working together, it’s usually best to have multiple sessions.
For most people, we’ll do a 3 month engagement, which gives ample time to see changes.
The price for 3 months of work is 140,000 jpy (subject to change), that includes 5× 1 hour sessions and 1× 2 hour session. For some people who prefer a one-off, which is possible for certain cases (like making a specific decision), then it’s 21,000 jpy for one session.
