For retreats, I ask first-timers to have a quick 10-15min call to meet and make sure the intentions are a match.

After that, I’ll send you a payment link to reserve your spot, and a packing list leading up to the event.
Cancellations
A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund regardless of the time of booking. Bookings made less than 48 hours prior to a tour start time are not eligible for refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your activity up to 2 hours prior to your start time or request a credit for future use.

All my coaching sessions and packages are 100% refundable.
